About Ershaka Reiki
Our Story
Janice Narey worked as a registered nurse for 34 years, obtaining her master's degree in nursing in 2012. She is certified in 2 different types of Reiki, AromaTouch Technique, and crystal healing. She has been a Reiki volunteer at Children's Hospital at Dartmouth and Norris Cotton Cancer Center North.
Our Services
The word Reiki translates as “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki practitioners learn to channel and direct this energy to break up areas of stagnant energy and toxin buildups that can happen when a person is experiencing emotional or physical illness. Energy then becomes balanced, and the body is assisted in its own natural healing abilities.
AromaTouch Technique is the application of 8 different doTERRA essential oils on the head, back, and feet to assist with overall wellness.
Crystal healing is the use of crystals to help to open blocked chakras and to aid in specific healing outcomes.
Our Philosophy
At Ershaka Reiki, we approach each Reiki, AromaTouch Technique, and crystal healing session with compassion, respect, and an understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. Self care is not something that should be done when your world is unraveling. Taking care of yourself on a regular basis will mean that you don't have to play catch up in order to restore balance in your life. It is a commitment to staying healthy.
